🔥 The SmokeForge Series
Built to Burn. Forged to Last.
The SmokeForge Series was born in the back of our shop, deep in Church Point, Louisiana—where the summers are hot, the steel runs thick, and good BBQ is a damn way of life. What started as a few one-off smoker builds turned into a full-on fire-breathing lineup of cookers that are as tough as the welders who built them.
Every SmokeForge pit is handcrafted by the team at Richlyn Customs, with no shortcuts and no mass production BS. We design, cut, and weld each unit in-house using 1/4” steel and 1/2” insulated fireboxes, because thin metal and cheap welds don’t belong anywhere near real fire.
These aren’t patio princesses—they’re heavy-duty, overbuilt, and unapologetically Southern.
🔥 Why SmokeForge?
Because we were tired of overpriced, underbuilt pits that rattle apart after two seasons.
Because we know that great BBQ takes control, consistency, and damn good airflow.
Because we believe your smoker should last as long as your stories about it.
🔩 Designed by Welders. Tuned by Pitmasters.
The SmokeForge Series includes:
Offset Smokers – from 94 to 250 gallons, all with oversized stacks and reverse-flow options
Pro Series Upgrades – built-in shelves, expanded grates, custom doors, and more

Hex BBQ Pits – six-sided badassery with a clean, aggressive look

Each unit gets the same attention to detail: clean welds, precision cuts, and function-first design. We don’t hide welds under paint. We make them look good.
